Our home buying process begins with setting you up with a personalized website. This user friendly website will notify you via email when new homes are placed on your site. You will see a display of homes for sale that include photos, addresses, maps, and detailed information. It also allows you to post comments or questions, and categorize each as a favorite, possibility, or reject.
When we discover that special home that you simply love and want to own, together we will review every consideration and determine the offered price. Perhaps we’ll include a seller’s concession that could range from a contribution towards your closing costs, or buying down the interest rate on your mortgage, to including the lovely outdoor furniture and bar set that fits so well.
